Sintered mesh structure features

Generally divided into five-layer structure, which is divided into four parts: protective layer, filter layer, separation layer, and support layer. This kind of filter material has both uniform and stable filtration accuracy, high strength and rigidity, and high compressive strength requirements. It is an ideal filter material for occasions where uniform filtration particle size is required. Because its filtration mechanism is surface filtration and the mesh pores are smooth, it has excellent backwash regeneration performance and can be used repeatedly for a long time. It is especially suitable for continuous and automated operation processes, which cannot be compared with any filter material of. The sintered mesh material is easy to form, process and weld, and is convenient to manufacture and can be processed into various forms of filter elements such as round, cylindrical, conical, corrugated and the like.

Five-layer sintered wire mesh is a porous sintered material made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh according to different structures, and then through sintering, pressing, rolling and other processes. The main features of the sintered mesh: a wide range of filtration accuracy. From 1μ-100μ, all have reliable filtration performance; filtration precision is stable. Due to the protection of the upper and lower layers of wire mesh, the mesh of the filter layer is not easily deformed; the strength is good. Due to the support of the fourth and fifth layers, it has high pressure resistance and mechanical strength: easy to clean. Because the surface filter material is used, it has the characteristics of easy cleaning, especially suitable for backwashing; high temperature resistance. Can withstand high temperature of 480 ℃; corrosion resistance. Due to the use of SUS316L material, it has high corrosion resistance and easy processing. Suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, stretching, welding and other processing conditions.
