Inconel wire mesh is also known as inconel high temperature wire mesh, inconel screen, inconel filter, inconel woven mesh, inconel square mesh.

Inconel wire mesh grades: inconel600, inconel601, inconel625, inconel718, inconelX750, etc.

Uniform corrosion of inconel products can occur in acidic or hot alkaline solutions. Losses can be expected through this mechanism and are allowed by design. The corrosion rate of inconel products is very slow when the metal is in a passive state, generally corrosion resistance is better with larger chromium content, but other solutes can be detrimental.

The high nickel content of inconel600 makes the alloy have very strong resistance to chloride stress fission corrosion, and can maintain its high corrosion resistance in the reduced state and also has strong corrosion resistance in alkaline solution. At the same time, due to the chromium content, the corrosion resistance is better than pure nickel in an oxidizing environment.

Application areas of inconel600:

● Thermowells in aggressive atmospheres

Corrosion resistance of Inconel 601:

An important property of alloy 601 is its resistance to oxidation at temperatures up to 1180°C. Even under severe conditions, such as during heating and cooling cycles, 601 produces a dense oxide film for high spalling resistance. 601 has very good carbonization resistance. Due to its high chromium and aluminum content, 601 has good oxidation resistance in high temperature sulfur-containing atmospheres.

Inconel625 wire mesh material alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based deformed superalloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has good tensile properties and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980 ℃. , and resistant to stress corrosion in a salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, it can be widely used in the manufacture of aero-engine parts, aerospace structural parts and chemical equipment.

Application field: The low-carbon alloy 625 after softening annealing is widely used in chemical process industry, and its better corrosion resistance and high strength make it can be used as a thinner structural part. Alloy 625 can be used in applications exposed to seawater and subject to high mechanical stress. Typical application areas:

Inconel718 alloy is a precipitation hardening nickel-chromium-iron alloy containing niobium and molybdenum. It has high strength, good toughness and corrosion resistance in high and low temperature environments below 650 °C. The delivery state can be solution treated or precipitation hardened.

Similar grades: GH4169, GH169 (China), NC19FeNb (France), NiCr19Fe19Nb5, Mo3 (Germany), NA 51 (UK) Inconel718, UNS NO7718 (US) NiCr19Nb5Mo3 (ISO).
