Steel ladder treads can be divided into four forms according to whether there is a front guard plate and the connection with the ladder beam, which are expressed as T1, T2, T3, T4.

1. From an economic point of view, it is recommended to use the module width as much as possible (125, 155, 185, 215, 245, 275 for series 1, 125, 165, 205, 245, 275mm, etc. for series 2) as a multiple length of 100mm (such as 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200mm, etc.).

  T325/30/100 (applicable to ladder tread width greater than 215mm but not greater than 305mm)

  T255/30/100 (applicable to ladder tread width greater than 215mm but not greater than 305mm)

Types of Steel Ladder Treads:

   (1) According to the installation of steel ladder treads, it is divided into welded fixed ladder treads and bolted ladder treads. Among them, the ladder treads fixed by welding are steel gratings, and the ladder treads fixed by bolts need to add 65X5mm flat steel to the steel gratings as side plates.

   (2) According to the anti-skid requirements of steel ladder treads, it can be divided into two types: ladder treads with front guards (checker plate or strip steel) and steel ladder treads without front guards. For safety reasons, customers are advised to use steel ladder treads with front guards.
