The installation and fixing methods of steel grating ceiling are as follows:

There are two ways to fix the steel grating: welding and installation. For permanent do not need to be disassembled, welding can be used to weld it on the support. The specific location is on the first flat steel at each corner of the plate, and the welding length is not less than 20 mm and the height is not less than 3 mm. Fillet welding .The use of mounting clips has the advantages of not destroying the zinc layer and easy disassembly. It can be fixed with Wilma brand mounting clips. Type A: It consists of an upper pressure plate with double hooks, a toothed lower pressure plate and an M8 inner hexagon bolt.

Type B: It consists of an upper pressing plate with double hooks (one of the hooks can bracket two adjacent steel grating plates together), a toothed lower pressing plate and an inner corner bolt >M8.

Type C: It consists of an upper pressure plate with double hooks and an M8 hexagon head bolt that can be welded to the support member.

Material for steel grating ceiling: high-quality hot-rolled strip or flat steel, twisted steel, carbon steel and stainless steel.

Spacing between bars of steel grating ceiling: 50, 100mm.

Steel grating ceiling crossbar size: 6x6mm twisted square steel is commonly used, 5X5mm twisted square steel is used for small-sized steel grating, and 5mm diameter round steel is commonly used for stainless steel.
