The mat mesh is also known as Dutch cloth, metal wire woven dense mesh, twill mesh, stainless steel herringbone mesh, stainless steel mat mesh, stainless steel micron filter.

Material: stainless steel wire is SUS302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L (according to the continuous improvement of current weaving technology, pure nickel wire, low carbon steel wire and other materials have been added)   

Performance: acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, strong tensile and wear resistance, stable filtration performance, fineness, high precision, and special filtration performance.   

Weaving: plain weave stainless steel dense mesh (plain-dense), twill weave stainless steel dense mesh (twill-dense), bamboo flower woven stainless steel dense mesh, contrast woven stainless steel dense mesh (also known as contrast mat type mesh conveyor belt ).

Process: Plain Dutch Weave: Plain weave is similar to row weave. The difference is that the warp of this woven mesh is thicker than the weft. The wefts are closely spaced together to form a tapered or wedge-shaped opening.   

Twill Dutch Weave: This wire cloth weave technique combines the Dutch weave and twill weave techniques described above. Thicker warp threads interlace with thinner weft threads. Each warp thread goes up and down the weft thread. The wefts are closely spaced together to form a tapered or wedge-shaped opening.
