5. Anticorrosion treatment:

The metal mesh and the mesh of the fence gate should be galvanized as a whole and hot-dip plastic (or plastic-sprayed) treatment after forming. The coating should be uniform, the color should be consistent, the surface should be smooth, and there should be no flow column, drip, powder bubble, iron leakage and other defects.

The welding of the rectangular tube frame and the connecting plate, the mesh wire and the steel plate, and the mesh wire and the rectangular tube frame should be welded by resistance welding. If brazing is used, a suitable electrode should be selected to minimize the deformation. Welding slag should be cleaned after welding. The deformation caused by welding should be flattened.
